The Personal Profile System was very accurate and it was a good interpretation of my leardership skills. The test told me that I was C (conscientiousness) because I ensure quality and accuracy. When I am asked to complete a task, I double/triple check my work to make sure that everything is correct and the quality of my work shows that I put all my effort into it. I am also very diplomatic because I try to hear everyone out. Ultimately the test was a good description of who I am and what I reflect.
I believe I can also be I (influence), and D (dominance) because I have these traits as well, but it's all depending on the situations. I think this will be helpful determining peoples management skills because it was a very good description of who I am. This also determines if the person is sociable or shy.

after doing group work together almost the whole semester, i definitely would've thought you were D! lol. but i can also see why you got C. and i do think you put a lot of effort in to your part and it shows.
Doing group work the whole semester with you I would have thought you were going to be a D or an I also. Maybe it is just the situation that presents itself when we work together that you are usually chosen to be the leader and ready to step up to the role. Being a C in the test does show a different side and maybe that is why we work well together cause we are C personalities.
I do believe this test was accurate but you also said that you were an I and a D. I think that this test is accurate for how you are feeling for the moment. Maybe if it was a different day, other words would look more appealing. It all depends what mood you are in that that moment.
I can see you being the C with you being perfect about thing but you're right in that i can see the I or Din you. you seem to have that leadership quality in you so maybe it wasnt so accurate with u.
